The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management has published a new Rulebook on determining areas with difficult working conditions in agriculture. The new Rulebook, which was published in the “Official Gazette of RS” number 102/18 of December 21, 2018 , areas with difficult working conditions in agriculture are determined for a period of three years.
The status of an area with difficult working conditions in agriculture, in accordance with this rulebook, has a populated place on the territory of the municipality, i.e. the city or the entire territory of the municipality, i.e. all populated places on the territory of the municipality that meet at least one of the following criteria, namely:
1) are located in mountainous areas at an average altitude of 500 m and over 500 m, according to the data of the Republic Geodetic Institute;
2) are located within the boundaries of the national park area determined by the Law on National Parks, “Official Gazette of RS”, No. 84/15);
3) are located in devastated areas in accordance with the Regulation on establishing a unified list of development of regions and local self-government units for 2014. “Official Gazette of the RS”, number 104/14).
Areas with difficult working conditions in agriculture located in mountainous areas at an average altitude of 500 m and over 500 m, according to the data of the Republic Geodetic Institute, are given in Appendix 1 – List of settlements in mountainous areas, which is printed with this rulebook and constitutes its integral part.
Areas with difficult working conditions in agriculture that are located within the boundaries of the national park area determined by the Law on National Parks (“Official Gazette of the RS”, number 84/15) or are located in devastated areas in accordance with the Regulation on establishing a unified list of development regions and local self-government units for 2014. (“Official Gazette of the RS”, number 104/14) are given in Annex 2 – Other areas with difficult working conditions in agriculture, which is printed with this rulebook and forms an integral part of it.
The Rulebook on determining areas with difficult working conditions in agriculture (“Official Gazette of the RS”, number 39/16) ceases to be valid on the day of the start of application of this rulebook. This regulation enters into force on the following day from the day of its publication in the “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, and is applied from January 1, 2019.
